Decatur Refurb Labs warranties all of its Genesis products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of 90 days from the day your order is shipped. During this period, Decatur Refurb Labs will repair or replace, at its option, any component, except batteries or chargers, found to be defective, without cost to the owner, provided the units is returned to the factory.
The warranty on parts and workmanship does not include normal wear and tear, crushing, dropping, fire, impact, immersion, or damage from attempted repair or modification by unauthorized service agents.
If you need to have your product repaired either under warranty or out-of-warranty simply call Customer Service for a return authorization number. We will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
