"I was able to send a very brief e-mail to the staff on the use / function of the system and to my surprise I have not received one (1) phone call asking for explanation and/or help with the use of the system. "He not only recalibrated our units but he also was able to repair two of the units over night saving us shipping costs and more importantly, we were able to return the units to service the next morning.

"His inspection procedures were more in depth and he was able to discover deficiencies never before found by the other service provider.
